Ahh yes, living the life in a hotel. Same hotel and same gym. I spent an hour today in the gym…same workout. Same workout as last year and the year before that AND the year before that! Did you ever get that feeling like you’ve done the same thing before and are still getting the same results? Why do we do that? Why do I start over again just to start over again?
