Ia had hunger pangs at 10am this morning and yesterday. Trying to get through it. I stopped eating last night at 7:30 and just ate my first meal at 12:00 today. According to the WW plan I should be eating around 23 points so looks like I need to concentrate today on eating more pointed foods but also in the form of protein. I weighed myself this morning since I only have until Aug 29 and really happy where I’m at 155.8. Just making sure that I’m eating my points and staying in my fasting window. My husband brought popcorn to bed last night. I DID NOT touch it.
